Traffic and parking in Versailles: restrictions to expect
As part of the event, security measures will be implemented in Versailles, in particular:- Parking restrictions on RD 10 and around the Palace of Versailles
- Traffic prohibited in certain areas between Saturday, July 26 at 6am and Sunday, July 27 at 7pm
- Vehicles parked in prohibited areas will be towed by the pound
A tradition for the Yvelines
Since 2018, an agreement signed between ASO (Amaury Sport Organisation) and the Yvelines County Council allows the start of the final stage to be hosted every year. This year, Mantes-la-Ville returns to the Tour for the first time since 2004. In 2020, it was Mantes-la-Jolie that hosted the start, then Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in 2023, before an exceptional edition in Nice in 2024, the year of the Olympic Games.Practical information and useful links
